decent stay

friendly staff good value dated decor poor entertainment

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the entertainment team. They were always smiling (julia and ash are amazing!). The pool area was kept clean. The drinks were a good value.

The evening entertainment was not my favorite. It seemed geared toward older people. The decor felt a bit dated.

The staff was lovely. everyone was very friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the varied breakfast. There were many options to choose from each morning.

the gym was not great. it was a bit basic and could use some new equipment. the evening entertainment was hit or miss. i also noticed some closed shops in the area surrounding the hotel.

unwelcoming service clueless lifeguard

Honestly, i wasn't thrilled. we arrived late and were not greeted with welcome drinks i read about, talk about a letdown. the lifeguard seemed clueless when my partner hurt his foot by the pool. All he offered was a plaster. plus, after checkout, they only took card payments. I found this odd as i had been using cash.

Decent stay with some minor issues

The pool was a good size and there were always enough loungers available. The staff were great and the entertainment team was also good. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

The room I had was at the front of the hotel and it was on a noisy road. I could hear the planes taking off early in the morning, even with the doors closed. The air conditioning was not very effective, it never got below 25 degrees.
